The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic! It was just a few minutes away from the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the attractions and cafes. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us with any queries or requests we had during our stay.- The breakfast offered at the hotel was satisfactory. It provided a good start to the day and had enough variety to suit different tastes.
The hotel could benefit from providing amenities such as hairdryers without requiring guests to ask for them and leave a deposit. It would be more convenient to have these items readily available in the rooms.

The location, the historical city on one side and the Danube on the other. Try asking for a room on the Danube side!
A bit noisy from the street if you have the room on this side.

We had river-level room on the Danube that was just minutes from everything anyone would want to see/do in Bratislava. It was a great value for the money, and the staff graciously assisted their English- speaking guests.

I recently stayed at Botel Gracia for a short trip to Bratislava. The location was brilliant, just a few minutes away from the old town and surrounded by an abundance of bars, restaurants, cafes, and gift shops. Being on the Danube provided amazing views, especially of the UFO tower, which was a short walk away. The price included a filling and tasty breakfast, and despite having a twin room instead of a double, the room was surprisingly huge. The generous check-out time of 12pm and the option to store our luggage made our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this unique experience of staying on a boat!
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Staff was very friendly. Location right on the Danube was great. Also within walking distance of castle and old town. Breakfast was standard European.
The Botel is very tired. Furnishings are old and run down. Bathroom was very restrictive.

excellent position, friendly staff, relatively big cabins.
no air-conditioning in very hot weather. breeze from river is OK; maybe one should not expect air-conditioning in this type of hotel.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, being close to the historical center of Bratislava and near Bratislava Castle. It is also just a short distance from the old city and Petrzalka. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and provide great service. The rooms, although in need of updating, are clean and comfortable. Despite some minor cleaning issues, the rooms are spacious and surprising in size. Additionally, the prices for this hotel are reasonable and offer good value for money.
Room cleanliness could be improved.

The Botel is perfectly located on the Danube river across the road from the old town.It has a great view of the UFO tower and bridge or the Castle (depending on what room you get). The boat is a little bit old, but still has a rustic charm and the staff are friendly and accommodating. It is great value for being so close to everything in Bratislava.

This hotel is a hidden gem with great value for money. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the downtown and the historical centre, right on the Danube river. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with some blinds at the windows to ensure a good night's sleep and a nice view of the river. The breakfast, served on the top deck with amazing views, is fantastic.
All was more than ok.

Good location, nice staff an very good value for money.
Can be noisy. Good thing that we stayed on the water side of the ship. It would also be nice if the television was not placed directly above the bed. Bathroom was very small. Still I would recomend it.

I loved being on the Danube River with the river walk next to it and being across the street from the old town Bratislava. The boatel while not fancy, it is very comfortable and a good price. The breakfast included was very good with lots of selection. The staff were really helpful.
A little noisy, I used ear plugs on Saturday night.
